BENU Gyógyszertár Webshop offers a 14-day return period for non-medicinal products, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, medicinal products and certain medical devices cannot be returned once they have left our pharmacy premises.
Notification
Contact our customer service team via email or use the withdrawal form provided on our website to notify us of your intent to return the items within 14 days of receipt.
Packaging
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact and include a copy of the original invoice or receipt.
Shipping
Send the package back to our central warehouse or return it in person to one of our designated BENU pharmacy locations after receiving confirmation from our team.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund through the original payment method within 14 business days.
